How to Submit to ICOINE 2014
Proposals for Icoine 2014 must be submitted online using the online submission form. You will first need to register by creating a username, password and filling in your organisational and contact details. Once you have registered, you can use your username and password to re-enter the website at any time. After finishing the login part, your username will appear on right top of the page and by clicking on the paper submission you can upload your abstract and your keywords on the online form. 
Formats of Presentation 
The official languages of Icoine 2014 are English and Turkish and presentations can be in either language. Different types of presentation follow different formats. For further information on each type covered in Icoine 2014, please read the relevant section below.
Papers are oral presentations that last for 15 minutes. Each presentation is followed by 5 minutes of question time during which presenters will have the opportunity to answer questions on their papers. Papers will be scheduled in sessions each of which will include three papers on similar themes. Each session will be managed by a chair who will be nominated by the organisation committee.
Workshops can focus on any theme, but need to include at least one or more than one activity. Workshops will be managed by a chair nominated by the organisation committee.
Posters are graphical presentations and can be on any theme. They will be displayed throughout the conference. More information on the format and size of posters will be provided to presenters following the acceptance of their poster proposals.
